3. Client Responsibility

You agree that:

• You are physically capable of participating in training activities

• You will follow instructions responsibly

• Results vary based on consistency, effort, lifestyle, and genetics

ApexForge does not guarantee specific results.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated

• Payments are billed according to the plan selected

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle

• No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of ApexForge programs:

• All sales are final

• No refunds are issued once services begin

Exceptions may be considered at ApexForge’s discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by ApexForge — including programs, workouts, videos, branding, and written materials — is the property of ApexForge.

You may not:

• Share

• Sell

• Redistribute

Any ApexForge materials without written permission.

7. Code of Conduct

We expect respectful communication at all times.

ApexForge reserves the right to:

• Refuse service

• Suspend or terminate access

If behavior is abusive, dishonest, or disruptive.

ApexForge, its coaches, and affiliates are not liable for:

• Injuries

• Losses

• Damages

Resulting from participation in our programs.

You assume full responsibility for your actions and outcomes.

At any time to improve quality or effectiveness.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, specifically the Province of Ontario.
